As realtor.com Senior Economist George Ratiu not too long ago noted,
“Sellers are typically more reluctant to list during the colder time of year when the market sometimes makes a seasonal slowdown.”
Nonetheless, a recent report by ShowingTime reveals how this last 12 months is totally different. Buyer activity is way up in comparison with the identical time the previous 12 months. The report explains,
“The nation’s 12.6% growth in residence showings in comparison with 2018 was essentially the most significant bounce in buyer site visitors during the current four-month streak of year-over-year will increase.
